Circuit of Solar Panel
When the bimetallic strip gains heat from the sunlight, it bends. When it bends, it touches the green contact and gain heat from the solar panel. When it touches the green contact, there will be something which controls the solar panel, which would cause the solar panel to turn and leave it at the angle where the sun shines from. When the sun starts to shine from a different angle, the solar panel collects less solar energy causing the bimetallic strip to loose heat. As it does, the bimetallic strip straighten and touches the red contact, angling the solar panel to a different angle so that it can collects more energy, u til it touches the brown contact where the sun will set soon after.
